1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the permitted and prohibited uses of AIARVA's services, including the website, API, mobile applications, browser extensions, and embeddable widgets (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Generate, distribute, or store malware, phishing content, or other malicious code.
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks or intentionally overload the Service infrastructure.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service in an automated manner that exceeds your plan's rate limits.
  • Impersonate another person, entity, or AIARCO Inc employee.
  • Transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, or promotes violence or discrimination.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from proprietary components of the Service.
  • Use the Service to generate spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content at scale.
  • Circumvent or attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, or rate-limiting mechanisms.
  • Re-sell, sublicense, or redistribute API access without prior written consent.

3. API Usage

API access is subject to the rate limits defined by your subscription plan. Automated access must include a valid API key. You must not share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code. AIARCO Inc reserves the right to throttle or suspend keys that exhibit abusive patterns.

4. Content Guidelines

While AIARVA strives to provide helpful AI-generated responses, users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of outputs before relying on them for critical decisions. You must not use the Service to generate content that violates intellectual property rights or infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets.

5. Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Report any security vulnerabilities or unauthorized access to security@aiarva.com. Do not exploit or publicly disclose vulnerabilities without first coordinating with our security team.

6. Enforcement

AIARCO Inc reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations of this AUP, including but not limited to: issuing warnings, temporarily suspending access, permanently terminating accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement. We may also remove or disable content that violates this policy without prior notice.

7. Modifications

AIARCO Inc may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
