1. Overview

AIARCO Inc respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Service that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available through AIARVA infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other specific location on the Service where the material can be found.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material.

6. Good Faith

Please note that misrepresentations made in a DMCA takedown notice or counter-notification may result in liability. You should consult with a legal professional before filing a DMCA notice if you are unsure whether your rights have been infringed.
